| Abstrakt | Diplomová práce Filharmonie Jena se zabývá specifickým segmentem německého hudebního trhu - symfonickým orchestrem. Její první část seznamuje čtenáře se současnou situací v německých symfonických orchestrech. Uvedená fakta jsou objasněna historickými souvislostmi a těžištěm na vývoji po roce 1989, kdy došlo následkem společenského převratu ke sjednocení tehdejší Německé spolkové republiky s Německou demokratickou republikou a vzniku Spolkové republiky Německo. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována následným strukturálním změnám hudebních těles a jejich členění do tarifních tříd. Druhá část práce popisuje organizaci, strukturu a fungování veřejně financovaného regionálního orchestru Filharmonie Jena. Poukázáno je především na specifika spojená s právní formou tohoto tělesa a existencí individuální tarifní smlouvy mezi jeho zřizovatelem a orchestrem. Pomocí nástrojů marketingového mixu je popsán provoz celého orchestru a díky řadě statistických údajů ze zmíněného časového úseku, neschází ani zpětné ohlédnutí za posledními roky. Práci doplňují grafické diagramy, tabulky, fotografie a kopie interních neveřejných dokumentů, které se podařilo od vedení Filharmonie Jena pro tyto účely získat. Magisterská práce "Filharmonie Jena" má ambici být jedním z prvních tištěných dokumentů, umožnujících českému čtenáři nahlédnout do této oblasti německé hudební kultury, která ve zdejším povědomí často začíná a končí v Berlíně případně v Lipsku. |
| Překlad abstraktu | Graduation thesis "Jena philharmonic orchestra" deals with the specific sector of German music market - symphonic orchestra. The first part of the thesis introduces the general situation in German orchestras. Stated facts in the paper are natural consequences of the year 1989 when the western Federal Republic of Germany and the eastern German Democratic Republic united to form one state. Special attention is given to the subsequent structural changes of music organisations (including orchestras) and the way of their financing according to the tariff classes that they belong to. The second part of the paper describes organisation and structure of Jena philharmonic Orchestra and particularly the way of public funding of this regional orchestra. The focus is laid on the specific legal form of the orchestra and the existence of the individual contract between the founder and the orchestra. Business and operation of the whole orchestra are described with the help of marketing mix and the statistical facts from the metioned time period and the last few years. The diploma paper is accompanied by graphic diagrams, tables, pictures and copies of the ntern unpublished documents that the Jena philharmonic Orchestra kindly lent for this thesis. The graduation thesis Jena Orchestra has the ambition of being one of the first published documents enabling Czech readers to get some general ideas about this part of German music scene which has not been covered yet very much besides the situation in Berlin and leipzig. |
